Judge Whiting draws on his judicial and legal practice experience to provide seasoned, comprehensive legal advice and counsel. When disputes arise, Judge Whiting realistically evaluates cases from the onset and formulates strategies to maximize the probability of success while minimizing fees and aggravation. He litigates a broad range cases including commercial, insurance, aviation, and health/managed care actions, and defends general negligence claims. He is counsel of record in numerous federal and state appellate court decisions.

Commercial

Judge Whiting litigates commercial matters for domestic and foreign entities, in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and is a veteran of multiple jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He currently teaches Abu Dhabi municipal property evaluators the principals of mediation in order for them to expedite dispute resolution.

Insurance / Negligence

Judge Whiting has successfully defended London Insurance Market entities and other foreign and domestic primary and excess insurers and their insureds in aviation, environmental, product liability, and negligence lawsuits. He has also assisted insurers with pre-underwriting risk assessments and managed the claims portfolios of hospitals and physician groups.
